In these Terms, "we", "us" or "WPBar" means Xseox Marketing. "You" means the person or legal entity placing an order on wpbar.app.
2. What you're buying
WPBar is a WordPress plugin that adds a sticky mobile footer bar to a WordPress website. A single purchase grants you a license key valid for up to five (5) installations, together with lifetime updates and priority e-mail support.
The plugin is delivered digitally — a license key and a signed download link are sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout, usually within minutes of a successful payment.
3. Payment and pricing
Prices are shown on the sales page in the indicated currency. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and we never receive or store your full card number. Applicable VAT is displayed during checkout; business customers in the EU may provide a valid VAT number to apply the reverse charge mechanism.
4. License grant
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the plugin on up to five (5) websites that you own, administer, or develop for a client.
- You may activate and deactivate any of the five slots freely from inside the WPBar admin page of each site.
- You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the plugin files or license key as a standalone product.
- You may modify the source code for your own projects. Derivative code must not be redistributed unless you first obtain written permission.
- Each license is tied to the purchasing e-mail address and may not be shared with third parties.
5. Updates and support
For as long as your license is valid, you receive all plugin updates at no extra cost, published through the WPBar license server. Support is provided by e-mail at support@wpbar.app, with a response time target of two (2) business days.
6. Right of withdrawal (refund)
Because WPBar is a downloadable software product, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) allows us to exclude the right of withdrawal once the file is downloaded. Nevertheless, we voluntarily offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request a refund, write to support@wpbar.app within 14 days of the purchase date. The license key is revoked upon refund.
7. Warranty and liability
The plugin is provided "as is", without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the plugin is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the wpbar.app license server. Temporary unavailability will not disable the plugin on sites that were previously activated — the plugin continues to function, only update checks are postponed.
8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For the license activation flow we store your e-mail address (received from Stripe), your license key and the hostname of each WordPress site that activates the license. We do not track your end-users.
9. Termination
A license may be terminated if you breach these Terms, in particular by redistributing the plugin or license key. We will notify you by e-mail before terminating and give a reasonable cure period where possible.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page and, for existing customers, by e-mail. Continued use of the plugin after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply additionally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts competent for the seller's registered seat, unless consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
